Story: Lisaa (Anjali) is brought up by her mother and after the education, she wants to settle in US but she thinks that her mother will be left alone so she decides to find a suitable bridegroom for her mother, and goes to hilly region to meet her grandparents. She is accompanied by her college friend. After coming to her ancestral village, when Lisaa reaches at the bungalow, she finds her grandparents to be super weird. She gets into a lot of trouble. Performance: This is totally Anjali’s film. She is ideally suited for the role. She is brilliant and breathtaking in parts. This will also count as one of Anjali’s best films in her filmography. Her emotions, expressions have been depicted very well. She is at her best with great performance. Brahmanandam’s comedy track is good. Makarand Deshpande delivers his best. Rest of the cast performed accordingly.
Technical: The Storyline of Lisaa 3D is very interesting. It is told by a storyteller with a perfect understanding of the talent of its cast. Screenplay is very good. The beauty of this screenplay is about revealing the story. Background music by Santhosh Dhayanidhi is brilliant. Art direction is first-rate. Editing is just ok. Production values of this film are good. P G Muthiah’s cinematography is noteworthy. The director Raju Viswanath has done a good job. VFX are impressive.
Analysis: The main plus points of Lisaa 3D are direction, screenplay, cinematography, editing, BGM, Sound design and the performance of Anjali. She steals the show. There are enough chilling moments to shake the audience off their chair. It has engaging twists at regular intervals. Lisaa 3D is one of the best made ever in the history of Telugu cinema in terms of technical values so it deserves to be a good hit.
